1) Review the results of your LifeSurveys and reflect on these 3 questions:
- What areas can you build on and leverage?
- What areas do you need to grow and develop?
- Where do you have desires to focus and grow?
2) Ask God to give you direction on where He wants you to focus and grow.
3) Identify two or three areas you would like to focus on in the next year.
4) For each area, write down two to three specific actions you can take in
the next year to spur new growth and maturity.
